Surprise, Honey!!

We had my husband's surprise 30th birthday party tonight, and what a fun time we had! Anything with my husband involved always seems to be very interesting or funny or both! I love him so much and I'm so glad that he was surprised...you know, I had to tell many lies this week to keep him thinking everything was normal around the house! Here are some pictures from his party...

The big 30!

Amy had made her birthday hat from scratch and was very proud of her accomplishment!

He looks very "stately", don't you think?!

He wasted no time putting what was in those cards into his front pocket!!

Carrie was wondering..."is there anything in my teeth?!".

I just love this one of my mother-in-law. I know she will kill me for posting this, but I think it captures her just perfect!

David's very good friend, Josh Freundschuh, was able to come tonight and be a part of my husband's birthday! You should have seen the look on my husband's face when Josh pulled in the driveway...I wish I would've had my camera with me at that moment!! Surprise, Honey!

Who would've thought when these two men were graduating from high school 12 years ago that they would be all grown up and have kids of their own...kinda' scary!! Just kidding, guys!

What great memories we made tonight all together!! I hope you had a wonderful birthday, Honey! You deserve it...and more! May the Lord bless you in the coming year, and I have a feeling He will!!

Whenever I look at your blog, I draw a crowd around me. My kids all love your husband so much - your whole family, actually. And we always appreciate your sense of humor.

Happy Birthday, Bro. Cialini!

Oh my word Katie, it's so funny to me to see these guys "all growed up and everything" :-) That picture of Carrie made me laugh-does she still go around asking if she's got anything in her nose, as well? Please wish Dave a happy 30th for me, and welcome to the thirtysomething club!
