What happened to my little boy?!!

This past Friday night our Christian school had their graduation and awards ceremony. There were four seniors graduating and two graduating from kindegarten, one of which, was our little boy, David! All I can say is...my, where does the time go?!! I really can't believe that he will be going into first grade in a few months. He has had a wonderful first year of school, and much of that is due to his most devoted teacher, Mrs. Kuhn. She made school so much fun for all the kids. This was her last year teaching, she is now going on to be a full-time grandma! We will all miss her dearly!! Well, here are some pics from the evening...

Surprise, Honey!!

We had my husband's surprise 30th birthday party tonight, and what a fun time we had! Anything with my husband involved always seems to be very interesting or funny or both! I love him so much and I'm so glad that he was surprised...you know, I had to tell many lies this week to keep him thinking everything was normal around the house! Here are some pictures from his party...

David's very good friend, Josh Freundschuh, was able to come tonight and be a part of my husband's birthday! You should have seen the look on my husband's face when Josh pulled in the driveway...I wish I would've had my camera with me at that moment!! Surprise, Honey!

Who would've thought when these two men were graduating from high school 12 years ago that they would be all grown up and have kids of their own...kinda' scary!! Just kidding, guys!

What great memories we made tonight all together!! I hope you had a wonderful birthday, Honey! You deserve it...and more! May the Lord bless you in the coming year, and I have a feeling He will!!

Last, but certainly not least...

Last Friday night we celebrated the very last birthday for the month of March in our family for my lovely sister, Carrie! She insisted that she didn't want a party (you know being the center of attention just frightens her!!). Well, I said she was having a birthday party whether she liked it or not!! And....I won!!
